Pearl Beach is a laid back oasis, located on the western shoreline of Broken Bay; a truly unique home generously donated to Otis by the Powell family.
This sleepy, beach town is made up of residences that have been built to blend with the local vegetation, and the result is a relaxing ‘bush land with houses’ that allows visitors to feel at one with nature.
The moment you walk in the door you will be seduced into relaxation mode by the natural palette, open plan layout and zones. This spacious, light filled double-storey home is ideally suited for families as it has five bedrooms and a large dining space. There is also a covered deck and a pool table for a dose of healthy competition.
Take a walk alongside the charming Green Point Creek at the back of the property or a short stroll to the Pearl Beach Rockpool. Or simply relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and tranquillity offered by this spectacular creekside property.
Accommodation
The spacious double story coastal property is best suited to families, up to a maximum of six guests in five bedrooms.
Availability
Pearl Beach Retreat is available for four night stays from Monday to Friday from March to September. It is not available during school holidays, weekends and public holidays and there is a minimum of four guests and a maximum of six guests at this property.
There is currently a waitlist at this property.
Due to high demand, we are unlikely to be able to accommodate requests for specific dates.
Location and area
Pearl Beach is located approximately 90 minutes north of Sydney on the Pacific Motorway. This small town of approximately 400 residents is a holiday haven for Sydney’s media personalities who want to get away from it all. The beach is relatively quiet and nearby restaurants offer great food with fantastic views of the water.

This property has reverse cycle air conditioning.
House rules
- Pets are not permitted; however, certified assistant animals with appropriate documentation will be considered
- The property is strictly a smoke-free, vape-free property
What to bring
Guests are required to bring their own food, personal items and beach towels .
Other considerations
- All linen, including bedding and bath towels, is provided.
- There is a fully-equipped kitchen and BBQ facilities.
- Children are welcome to stay, however, visitors should be mindful of the internal stairs and take care as the yard does not have secure fencing.
- There is no landline phone or Wi-Fi access however the retreat has good mobile coverage
- Pearl Beach Retreat is open to NSW guests only.
