We need your help
The Otis Foundation is a registered charity supporting those with Breast Cancer by offering the gift of a break away. Our Otis stays are provided at no cost to guests, giving them the opportunity to relax, regroup, reconnect and create invaluable memories with family, friends or loved ones.
We are not government funded and rely on our corporate partners, property donors and individual supporters for financial support and time at their properties nationwide.

A number of Otis retreats are generously donated by individuals who provide access to their holiday homes or second properties for specific dates or selected periods throughout the year. Without their generosity the need for fundraising would be much higher and waitlists would be much longer.
When you donate time at your property to Otis guests, you have a unique and rewarding opportunity to directly help those with Breast Cancer.
Those who are fortunate in owning beautiful holiday places can also enjoy the privilege of sharing them without risk or worry through The Otis Foundation. Otis manages all the bookings with great care, liaising with the guests and rental agents. We think it is a great advantage to have our house occupied most weeks of the year. There is enormous satisfaction in knowing that you are extending a helping hand to someone who is doing it tough and needs a break.
The Otis Gift
If your property is comfortable, secure, well-maintained and set up for couples, small groups or families, we would welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
Your time is precious so the Otis bookings team manages the booking process and all aspects of guest liaison, keeping you informed of upcoming stays.
Property Donors choose whether to donate specific dates or commit to selected periods for the upcoming financial year (e.g. one weekend per month).
The costs of cleaning and linen services can be donated also, or funding sourced from local community groups and businesses.
By donating time at your property to Otis guests, you are helping to reduce the psychological impacts of Breast Cancer by giving individuals, and their loved ones, the space to rest, regroup, reconnect and create invaluable memories.

Otis gives an opportunity for holiday home owners to be generous to a stranger on a journey with breast cancer at a time when life is tough. To know that a guest can retreat to a peaceful and beautiful environment is reward in itself. In addition, working with Otis staff is a heartwarming experience.
