The OTIS Foundation is a locally-based charity providing retreat accommodation at no cost to those dealing with the challenges of breast cancer.  Established in 2000, OTIS currently operates over 30 properties and makes available almost 4000 nights each year. 

The OTIS Foundation is offering a wonderful opportunity for a person to co-ordinate bookings for guests at our breast cancer retreats.  This includes taking a high volume of enquiries, co-ordinating bookings, database management, liaising with property stakeholders, general office skills and supporting OTIS events. 

This role is a job share arrangement, 2.5 days per week. The position is based at The OTIS Foundation office in Central, Bendigo. The successful candidate will have highly developed organisational skills along with excellent customer service and communication skills.  It requires proficiency in database management, excel and word processing, along with an understanding of, and empathy for those dealing with the challenges of breast cancer.
